Is this live?
Yes. Order updates are included in every paid plan and use supported store order, payment, and shipment events. Unsupported carrier-specific states are shown to the merchant before any customer message is sent.
Does it use Meta API?
No. The current app uses WhatsApp pairing from the dashboard. Official Meta WhatsApp API setup can be considered later if you choose that route.
